The hotel is situated close to the city center, allowing for easy access to Dublin's main attractions. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, appeared smaller and darker than expected, leading to some disappointment. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring the city, although the room quality may deter some visitors. The dining experience offered a continental breakfast with a good variety, including fresh fruit. Overall, the facilities met expectations.

The hotel had a bit of a wow factor with its big and spotlessly clean rooms. We really liked the stylish and spacious room. The service was terrific, with lovely and kind staff. The location, although near nightclubs and noisy, was brilliant for being close to everything. The dining experience was good with a quite good buffet. The facilities were basic but great.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, my room faced the main street with multiple pubs, making it a bit noisy at times. The price seemed a bit high for what I got, especially considering the non-working toilet.

Rooms

The room was clean and comfortable but faced the main street with multiple pubs, affecting the noise level. The non-working toilet was a disappointment.

The service was exemplary. The staff were tidy, clean, and extremely helpful, going out of their way to assist. Both receptionists were lovely and made my stay pleasant.
Location

The location was a mix of blessings and downfalls. It was brilliant being near St Stephen's Green, the main shopping area, and transportation hubs, but the morning noise from the cleaning crew around the rooms was quite disruptive.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious on the 3rd floor, but it would have been nice to have air conditioning as the noise from local nightclubs made it hard to keep the window open. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which was a big plus. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions and right next to a beautiful park. However, the dining options were limited though it was nice overall.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very generous on the 3rd floor. It would have been better to have air conditioning as the noise from nearby nightclubs made it difficult to keep the window open.

The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, with spacious rooms and friendly, outstanding service. However, the dining options are limited, and the amenities are just adequate. The location is convenient for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin.

Rooms

The room was situated on the back side, which made it very quiet. It was comfortable and quite large, but initially shocking to see wallpaper peeling off in multiple places. Overall, it was what we expected.

Location

The hotel's location was perfect for Trinity College and public transport, making it brilliant for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin. The only positive aspect was the good location for exploring the city.
Dining

The dining experience was only just adequate with minimal offerings. While the buffet was quite good, more variety like chocolate cream and ham could enhance the experience.

8.4/10

I was pleased with the hotel's location, just a block from St Stephen's Green and Grafton St, making it perfect for sightseeing and shopping in Dublin. The service was top-notch, especially Phillipe who was lovely and accommodating. However, the dining options were limited with only continental breakfast available and lacked protein options. The hotel offers great value for money and is in the heart of all central shops and the Gaiety Theatre.

Rooms
7.0
My room, although in the basement with little natural light, felt cozy and warm. I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. Overall, I found it very nice.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly over the phone and email when I had last-minute questions before my arrival. They even promptly provided me with an iron upon request.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is absolutely brilliant, close to St Stephen's Green, and opposite 4 bars/clubs, making it convenient for exploring Dublin's attractions and enjoying the local nightlife.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was good, with excellent homemade desserts. However, it would have been better to have cooked breakfast options even at an additional cost.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered great facilities such as tours/ticket assistance, but it would have been even better with a greater variety of breakfast choices.
